Agnihotra is a fire ceremony done every day exactly at the time of sunrise and sunset using a small copper pyramid. The fire is burned using dried cow dung cakes, ghee and an offering of a pinch of rice, along with a special mantra. Agnihotra purifies the atmosphere, protects you from physical and mental pollution. It benefits the person performing it, all those present and the good energy extends for up to 12 kms of distance. The benefits for those who do the ceremony are enormous.
Agnihotra ceremony is performed every morning at the Ashram.
